Larry W. Chappell is the founder of Star C Builders. Larry is a third generation native Texan homebuilder who grew up learning home-building under the watchful eyes of both his father and grandfather. He learned the house building trade the old-fashioned way (on-the-job training).

Over the last 30 years, Larry has been involved in extensive remodeling projects in the Dallas, and the TCU area of Ft. Worth as well as areas between in both Dallas and Tarrant counties.

For the past 20 plus years, Star C has concentrated on the new home market in the Northeast Tarrant County area where the Star C “brand” on the mailbox is a recognized symbol of excellence and quality in homebuilding.
